ENGLISH: I used pickled beets sliced with a crinkle cutter. Put the sliced beets in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a dash of salt & pepper. Add some chopped fresh parsley and 1/2 squeezed lemon. Empty the mixture bowl onto serving platter and crumble some feta cheese over top. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil, and serve. Here are some interesting alternatives: use shredded beets; squeezed orange instead of lemon, or aqueeze a bit of both; omit the parsley and use fresh coriander. Have fun creating your own special version.
